There was a long-running Ghostbusters easter egg in Forntite for the majority of Chapter 2.
Ecto-1 was hiding under a tarp in a barn. You could hit it with your pickaxe to hear the iconic siren.
Tons of videos out there about it.
Alan Wake 2: in the dark place, near the subway entrance there are chess boards setup. The position of the pieces indicate that if it is white’s move , a2 to a8 will check mate black. This tied nicely into the theme of the game of light vs darkness and the battle between the champion of light and the herald of darkness.
Not sure if you have covered this but in COD MW2 2022 the mission el sin nombre. Diego asks soap his name and when he says “soap” diego responds with “what the hell kind of name is soap” in spanish a call back to captain price saying it in the OG Cod4
There's a couple of Easter eggs in Lunar: Silver Star Story. First of all, the game over screen references the song Dead Man's Party by Oingo Boingo. Second, in one of the towns, one of the people will quote the KISS song A World Without Heroes.

After beating the final boss they would mention how Mystia is safe as they consider Sparrows to be too bony… this is also a Prefigh dialogue reference this time it’s is referring to the prefight dialogue Youmu and the final boss(her mistress) has in Imperishable night aka Mysti’s debut game
in the base game one of the first special customers will be Rumia and each special customer has a little Bio written by Mysti… In Rumia’s Bio Mysti mentions how Rumia was born,
Molded and shaped by the Darkness. Now I can’t be 100% positive but I think the devs were making a Reference to DC’s BANE(specifically the Dark Knight BANE) as he does mention he was born in the darkness… granted it could also be a joke about Rumia is as EOSD puts it “Yokai of Darkness”
And in the DLC map Garden of the sun one of the NPC’s would remark on how you can make a suspicious stew with two mushrooms and a Lilly of the Valley(obviously it’s a Minecraft reference but I’d like to mention the humorous part is that the closest Named NPC to this one is Medicine whoes power is control over poison)

There's an easter egg in the campaign of Black Ops 6 referenceing Brooklyn Nine Nine, on level 4, I think where you need to scan the guys eye, there's a mini fridge you can pass that has a pink sticky note saying "Terry stop stealing my yoghurt!"

A cool Ghostbusters Easter Egg is the weapon called "E-Gun" in Borderlands: The Pre-sequel.
It's a laser weapon that shoots a stream that looks like the GB Proton Pack, and has a red tag saying "Kills ghosts, apparently"
In Goat Simulator Goatz you can find an ad for Goatbusters and in I Am Bread you can find a movie labeled Toastbusters.

There's another detail in Silent Hill 2 that could be argued is a Metal Gear reference, though it's a little less straightforward.
At the beginning of the hospital section, James finds a key, and Maria asks "Second Floor?" To which he replies "Basement." right after
Now, if you're not aware, "Second floor basement?!" Is a semi iconic quote from MGS that has been memed on quite a bit. Like I said, it's possible it's a coincidence but the way they said it one after the other really makes me feel like it's intentional
In Marvel's Spider-Man (the first one, by Sony Interactive Entertainment, or maybe Insomniac, idk) there's a cool little detail. While wearing every other suit, as far as I'm aware, you can hear Spider-Man's shoes stomp against the ground. But when you wear the suit where he's only in his underwear and mask, you can hear his feet hit the floor, like when you walk around a pool with wet feet.
I love to call out this detail because most people talk about the fact that the suit has three chest hairs, but to me at least, the fact that him not wearing shoes makes a difference on the sounds his feet makes when he walks is some nice attention to detail. Rather than him just having some hair on his chest.
Also also, in case you can't hear the difference in his walking, you can hear it much more clearly in the hallway of Octavious industries.

@Captain Eggcellent you did cover a Ghostbusters easter egg in the State of Decay 2 where you found the crew and the Ecto 1 unfortunately weren’t prepared for a zombie apocalypse.
More Ghostbusters references would be nice. However, they should be references to the Real (particularly Seasons 1 and 2) and Extreme cartoons of yore, with maybe a sly handful of quotes from the Supernatural Spectacular novelization.

As an aside, the Black Ops 6 bowling thing should have been a reference to either The Big Lebowski or Death Parade.

If you're looking more Ghostbusters references Borderlands the PreSequel has a whole quest about busting ghosts. That same quest also has eastereggs for the Aliens franchise too. Not to mention there's also a team of scientists based on the characters from the movie.

In terms of Ghostbusters, Enter the Gungeon has a gun called the "Proton Backpack", which is exactly what it sounds like. "Don't cross the streams!" is it's tagline, and "Originally brought to the Gungeon by a team of investigators who suspected that something strange was going on." is the weapon's entry in the Ammonomicon
In terminus on one of the islands if you throw a grenade at a box on a rock you can play a Wack a mole Easter egg
