Hello everyone, Reddit users, I hope someone in good faith can help me with my problem. Today I received the Q1LP I9-13950HX processor, to upgrade my Q0D8.
The surprise is that after installing the processor I tried to do a clean installation of Windows, but it is impossible because the processor hangs and freezes continuously.
Here are the specifications of my computer and I hope someone can help me:
-Motherboard Erying Phantom Wing D5 (Supports DDR5)
-Ram SeiWhale DDR5 6000Mhz
-Processor the Q1LP
-Liquid Atria X 360 cooler.
I hope someone can help me, I'm going crazy 🤣

Could be memory instability, since those mobile-on-desktop style combos tend to have some fairly wonky memory support. Disable any XMP setting and change it back to default values (typically 4800MT) to see if that gets you back into the OS. If so, run it through a memory stability check with software like TestMem5, OCCT’s built-in test. If all looks good, enable XMP and see if you run into the same boot issue. You may need to try an intermediate step (5200MT, 5600MT), loosen timings or bump voltage in order to run faster, but it’ll require a bit of step by step troubleshooting for you to get a good idea of what the root issue is.
