What is it? These little sealed chests? If so, after you use the chest 4 red runes will appear close to you in the sky somewhere. You have to destroy them all to unluck some of the supplies inside. To get ALL the supplies inside the chest you have to also destroy the little yellow rune that will appear after destroying the other 4.
