So apparently if you drop all of your weapons (including knife) and leave only one gun with you and then start running, once you shoot one bullet and immediately drop the gun your character model will start sliding on the ground looking like if you were planting. I think this was found by Chinese players because the platform they use allow them to drop knives and it is becoming a problem for them. But for other ppls playing on official or Faceit servers it won’t be a problem. I was able to create the bug on my local server after using sv_cheat.
