Hello MRDR1NL, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!

To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!

Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

  2. A long time ago I built my first PC. Over the years I upgraded all parts except the case.

Years later I bought a Monsta 400 radiator because it just seemed so ridiculous. 400x200x87mm full copper. So over the top. I held the rad next to my old Phanteks case and it looked like it could fit in there. So with 0 water cooling experience I decided to give it a go.

I upgraded to m.2 SSDs just so I could ditch the HDD cages and make space. Still it didn’t really fit so I took a dremel to it. The case came with 1 200mm fan in the front, so you can imagine the work it took to fit 2 of them. The front panel and IO had to go, but that never really bothered me.

I got the rad in and finished the loop with other Alphacool parts. Got 4 fans from the Coolermaster H500P as they were the only ARGB 200mm fans I could find back then. At first it had a front intake with a dust filter, but all the heat ended up in the case and temps got too high. So I changed it and now it pulls from the top and exhausts to the front. The front is ugly, but the way I have it positioned you can’t really see the front. In the last picture you can see the whole PC is behind my monitors anyway haha.

This week I made one more upgrade: the side panel. I bought a non tempered glass pane that was cut to fit almost exactly (with 1mm on each side which I plan to fill with rubber strips). The glass is held into place with 4 magnets at the corners. Very glad the old, small, scratched up plastic window is gone now.

Current components are nothing special and a bit dated, but I have no reason to upgrade yet: 2070TI | Ryzen 7 3800XT | 16gig DDR4

This system is not perfect and neither is my financial decision making, but I love the result.
