Same here…started a reinstall already will let you know if it works.

Uninstall the game, and then delete all files related to Call of Duty in programs and documents. Reinstall and don’t mess with the text file at all. Reset gpu shaders too.
I would crash once every 2 hours with a similar error, and it fixed it for me

It only happens to me when I have an unstable underclock with my GPU in MSI afterburner it could happen on an unstable OC too
