Might be one of those things that sounds good in theory but is average in practice, but I’m listening…

Man I just started rereading the series for nostalgia sake and had this very idea. I’m stoked to have it come to gaming

Just get rid of the “survival” part and sounds awesome.

Oh damn, those books were a HUGE part of my childhood. In fact, I splurged on a few of those MtG “Bloomburrow” decks because of the Redwall theme.
Kind of a bummer it seems like it’s just mice. I woulda loved to make a badger since they’re pretty much the berserkers in that series with the “bloodwrath”.

I read “Redwall inspired” and “survival RPG”. You combine something inspired by my favorite book series of all time with one of my favorite game genres and I won’t be able to say no.

Had me at “Redwall inspired.” I dunno how good former Skyrim and Mass Effect devs is in actuality. Those games are falling off over time. Skyrim is propped up by mods, other Bethesda games have fallen off in quality over time. But I loved Redwall as a kid. So I am intrigued.

There BETTER be a reference to Martins sword, maybe a broken blade to restoration quest just like in Mossflower would be rad as hell
Redwall is my favorite book series and after the announcement that the devs of No-mans sky was making a game similar to this (i think at least?), us Redwallers are gonna be eating good for awhile

I used to love those books! Not sure I want to play an rpg as mice with swords, but we shall just have to wait and see I suppose!

That’s super cool but also possibly like two decades too late.

They got as far as Turnip-potato-beetroot pie, cold fizzy strawberry cordial, damson shortcrust and cream, cowslip and parsley liquor, brown ale, cheese and mushroom pasties, and nutbread cake iced with clover honey before the funding was cut

Had me at Redwall. Lost me at “survival”.
It’s a whimsical fantasy setting with magic and animals, doesn’t scream survival to me.
