So I re-downloaded the game recently but eveytime I go to enter the multiplayer it keeps showing me this and it won't allow me to access the store at all and most of the characters are gone does anybody know how to fix this?

You’re playing locally bro
You are playing the mode locally. Do you have ps plus? Because if you don’t then this will be the only thing you get when trying to play mp or zombies and you can’t use any operator skins you bought or earned. I found this out the hard way.
