After 5 years of 4.6ghz on air, I pulled the trigger and did a delid with LM on my R5 3600. Bout to throw it on 480 worth of rads and see how far she goes.

That sounds like a fun lil project. Curious if you can hit 5GHz with that setup. Keep us posted!

So I’m curious about deliding. When you remove the ihs from the CPU there is a change in depth isnt there? Is the cooler still able to make contact or do you have to do something special since the CPU sits lower in the socket now. Does this make sense?
