You can get plat 3 easy with randoms maybe even diamond 1. But trust me once you get into diamond, you need a squad with mic or you can forget it.

Yea as someone who just plays with randoms and rarely gets anyone with a mic, diamond hits so hard. Last season was my first to try ranked and I got demoted from diamond like 3 times then gave up. Crazy how organized and super fast reflexes there.
