MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi (broken DRAM high voltage mode)
tRDRDSCL at 5 because gear down mode is off, crashes at 4.
tRP can't go lower either, I think due to voltage .
Getting a Strix X670E-E tomorrow, DRAM HVM should work there.
