Is this a sign of a faulty CPU or a normal ryzen master behavior?

I got sudden restart issues happening while gaming just like the one in the video and im trying to find the problem so i just need to know if this is normal or not while applying curve optimizer. Note that curve optimizer is not applied after this restart and kernel event 41 and whea 18 processor core erros shows in event viewer, which also exist when it suddenly crashes during gaming or any cpu intensive task. Also this is the only way for the reboot to happen on purpose as i can play for days or even a week without a single crash. This is a newly build pc and the problems started right away.
