on the low side more akin to a uv/oc but if you arent seeking for more performance its perfectly fine

if you are seeking more performance however what id do for that cpu would be to set llc to a middling level or llc off and vcore to 1.35v for ~1.3v under load and id aim for 4.7-4.8 at that voltage

for rams id check both rank configuration and ic with thaiphoon burner alongside how many sticks there are and total capacity, for an easier overclock id aim for ~2600 but for max oc id aim for >3000 but this heavily depends on the ic as samsung 4gbit is trash and doesnt clock past 2400 while all hynix 4gbit clock past 3000, vdimm at 1.8v for a starting point

for volts and platform behaviour in general id search for a reference

like this from someone that knows how to overclock in this case luumi and tbh id personally use this if i get my hands on haswell otherwise id also look at hwbot then other online sources, saves lots of time and gets you very good ocs depending on your source, just dont go plugging numbers aimlessly as that simply wont work especially for maxing out your oc at higher frequencies where you cant be sloppy with the settings

the latter two are mainly for ram oc and really maxing out your oc but cpu oc will get you a decent bit of the way there while needing basically no effort
