Can’t submit issue on PUBG


I changed my main email on my facebook account a while ago due to losing my old email but I still used my old information to log in to my PUBG account. About a week ago, I deleted PUBG from my mobile phone. When I downloaded again, I logged in using my Facebook account. However, I was logged into a different account instead. I really want to play on my old account again because I’ve been playing with my friends a lot and have some favourite clothes on there as well.

I tried to submit this form to PUBG multiple times but it keeps saying “The problem is being processed, please be patient”. Does that mean I already successfully submitted my issue? Anyone knows if there’s anything else I can do? Thanks!

    It already has been submitted. I think you can’t submit more than 1 at once.
