Floor but get a small platform for underneath and put it on the left side. I know you lose the glass panel to look at but it will be far less obstructive on the wall side and will look neater.

They sell hardware to mount your tower to the bottom of your desk. Out of the way in both aspects and still looks tidy.

I personally keep my PC on the desk. The floor, even if it’s a solid one, can still produce ticker packets of dust bunnies that might get clogged in the machine.
