I’m new to pc gaming, what are the S, the green cloud, the orange hurricane, and the thing in the middle?

AFAIK literally all of these (except maybe razer, cause fuck that) can be made to not start on boot within each of the program’s settings. Unless you HAVE to use these immediately when you turn on your computer, turn them off. Otherwise, you’re wasting your own time and resources and I’ll have zero sympathy when you start bitching about how slow your rig is.

I keep all of them to not start at bootup

Just tell them not to Start at Bootup
>Task manager > Startup > Disable

Luckily on my Arch Linux (KDE Plasma), I’ve created different desktops (activities) with their dedicated desktop folder and disabled all those distractive apps on startup.
