Some chinese dingdong bought a lot of them (agents in general, not this one specifically) so they all went up in price.

Agents have previously only come out as a part of an operation before and there have been no new operations in like 2 (?) years and we are about to potentially see an operation within the next couple of days with the 1 year anniversary of CS2 so thats my guess.
