HHD doesn’t have a great transfer speed. First try it on ssd. Move other games that are less demanding to hard disk. If that doesn’t work then it might be a bottleneck. I’m not sure of the specs and how good they are, but you might need an upgrade or check drivers for the corresponding hardware. Like go to Intel site and check for drivers for your cpu and amd for the same. Again I’m not an it guy this is just me personal experience. Hope this helps. Also some useful information would be how much ram and the utilization of your system.
