i7 14700k settings bios HELP!!

Help with bios z690 e rog strix microcode 0x129 i7 14700k in Warzone

Has anyone achieved good fluidity in Warzone with an i7 14700k? I have configured it several times in the bios and it doesn't convince me at all, the monkey feels heavy and slow, it sometimes gets stuck when sliding and after about an hour of playing the game starts to close I have these settings.
