Cold War has something called āhigh resolution assetsāthat didnāt install automatically for me on steam so it might be the same on other launchers too. I had to go into properties and to the dlc tab and download them, greatly improved the graphic quality but mine wasnāt as bad as yours so Iām not sure if itās that.
