not really, they just added a delay, i already been seeing cheaters still doing cheat stuff and still many people streaming mods/cheats.
R* is only stopping linux players and people who play with virtual rigs from playing the game.
People will cheat no matter what, all this does is hurt the legitimate players in the end.

Until somebody finds a way around it, and it’s back to the same old thing.
All kernel level AC does is further the windows monopoly. It serves to harm linux (and sometimes Mac) users while doing nothing to prevent cheating and installing a massive vulnerability into every system that installs it.
