Stuck Overclocking Speed

Hey guys, I’m experiencing an issue with my prebuilt NZXT PC crashing after 2+ hours. Continued crashing upon restart and high temperatures between both CPU and GPU. My BIOS is showing a default clock speed of 3,800 but my NZXT CAM is recording 4,700-4800MHz. Previous versions of NZXT CAM had an over clocking feature which I had been using but has since been removed. I believe it was still overclocking at the time of update.
So my question is, do I need to somehow install the previous NZXT CAM version to reset my CPU speed, am I missing something in my Windows 11 or BIOS start up that could be causing this issue?
What else can I try to fix my consistent crashing issue?
