Cold War on PC (Battle.net Version) is stuttering every 4 seconds (as you can see in the video on the Frametime graph) after i play 30 mins. After a restart of the game it works fine again (for 30 mins). Here is a video of the problem:

My Hardware: Radeon RX 7600 XT 16 GB GPU (newest driver), Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, 32 GB RAM, Windows 11 Pro (fresh installed) on an nVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD.
It doesn't matter if a Framecap is set or not. It happens with every graphic preset (Raytracing is always set off). I search for corrupt data for Cold War in Battle.net Launcher but there is nothing to repair. It happens with disabled Onscreen Overlay aswell.
Does anyone can help me and has a solution or an idea what can be wrong with my game?
