Witnessed it in 2 matches this week where it had obvious hackers.
Checked the profiles of all players on those 2 matches, 24 hours after those matches happened, no ban is showing.
Now I don’t know if VAC flagged their gameplay as irregular and after 24 hours, found them to not be guilty (even though they 100% were) or if the ban just doesn’t show up on their profiles.

By the time you see this he’s already back cheating under different account.
Pointless to ban them and let them ruin games again and again.
