Do you have disk or digital? For MP I deleted everything MW related and installed MP packs 1 and 2 but that’s for PS so it may be different on your end. They were both around 22 GB.

You have to go manage game files in the Xbox hub, download all the “data packs”.

I haven’t played this game in a while but about a year ago I was having these issues and someone commented this which fixed it for me on Xbox. Not sure if this will fix whatever is wrong these days but worth a shot.
Uninstall the following 4 data packs
Compatibility Data Pack 1
Compatibility Data Pack 2
MP2 Pack (9GB – check file size as 2 have similar names)
Multiplayer Pack 3
Close the MW app first, then delete them via the Xbox dashboard (hover over MW, press option, select manage games and install, select the storage, de-select these 4 packs and save changes).
Do not reinstall them.
This will fix all map issues. It comes from IW reorganising the data packs, and making these 4 packs obsolete. Having them causes duplicate file errors that breaks the maps.

I’m afraid you are now obliged to purchase the digital version too because Activision needs more money

i’ve had this problem before. i see in a comment you’re also on physical disk. i’m pretty sure my fix was loading on to MW3 (2023), and then going down to legacy games and selecting MW19. But make sure that you do have the data packs installed, not just in the menu, but on the actual ‘My games and apps’. Hope this helps
