    Instead of cleaning the game from cheaters, Valve has integrated cheat software into the game itself to ensure cheaters don't get banned. Ahhhh, how considerate of the game developers.

    Instead of openly banning those who use cheats, VALVE treats them as customers and makes money from them. I think if they had the opportunity, they could distribute cheats for a fee, the cheating problem will definitely not be solved.
