Last time I replied to a hate post, I got blocked by the Op because their ego was too heavily shattered, so I’ll say it again here but more gentle.
Everything that you’ve listed here has one or more counters. Flak Jacket or Trophy Systems for throwable grenades, kill the dog or the person who spawned the dog (be sure to look at the minimap when you hear a dog or someone whistling), sneak around the MG42 user or try to smoke them out of their hiding spot, and just use a gun or spear if you hate getting punched by some random.
