So I bought this motherboard and GPU to put together a spare PC with the parts I had laying around from some previous builds. I keep getting errors 07 or 31 with no post beep. It works intermittently if I set the ram to 2400, but if I set it to 2933, it works once or twice, then I have to clear the CMOS. Sometimes it gets stuck on the boot screen that says press f2 or del to enter setup, but pressing those buttons does nothing and the only thing I can do is restart it and hope I don’t get the error codes or get stuck on that screen again.
Things I have tried:
Reset the BIOS
Updated the BIOS
Tried 2 different GPUs
Tried a different ram set
Reseated the CPU
What else should I try to do?

Did you test your components in another pc and they worked with those clocks?
