Hey all, I’ve been wanting to go back to BO3 or BO4 zombies for a while now before BO6 Zombies comes out, since MW3 zombies wasn’t up to my standards (Cold War Zombies is okay, just miss the good old days), I have to ask, is it still worth it as of this date of post? Like is there anyone still online playing zombies on BO3 or 4?? Out of strong curiosity.

I can’t speak for BO4, but BO3 is still worth playing today (at least on console), it still has a semi-active player base and is still pretty fun to go back and play
Bo3 has an insane catalogue of maps plus modded zombies with maps like leviathan and the new Mob of the dead remaster it’s most definitely worth it!
BO3 is peak BO4 took a left that most fans didn’t like
bo4 is good but bo3 has more people plus custom maps if your on PC so its worth it
BO4 has some gems(mostly shit maps), and I still recommend it cause those maps are that good. Don’t get it at full price though, wait for a sale. However, if you’re looking for a more positive and endless replayability(in pc at least) get bo3.

Bo3 yes. Bo4 sure if you want a more constrained game that offers complex easter eggs in only a limited number of maps. Most people including myself would say that Bo3 is the better game but Bo4 can be fun with the right mindset.
BO4 is you are a fan and can understand the mechanics it’s ok/good, I recommend getting it on a sale.
BO3 is 100% worth it, the best dlc batch of maps in any game imo. You got excellent customs maps/mods that are still being supported and a progression system.
I’ve gone back to BO3 recently because mwznis getting fucking redundant. No new real content. Just trying to survive until bo6 comes out
I’ve been playing BO4 gauntlets recently as a challenge. Its a fun way to get qutie alot of content out of the game with different gameplay from zombies. Aiming to 100% them and then find out what to do next.
You also get forced to dip your feet into the easter eggs.
BO3 is a classic. 100% worth it.
bo3 on pc is worth it just for customs. but go for either but imo bo3 takes the cake

Black Ops 3 is worth playing on console, but you need friends or people in the community. Its impossible to attempt anything solo….

If you’re on console people still play BO3 Zombies in pubs and on PC there are a few pretty active Discord servers that almost always have VCs going for BO3 Vanilla and Custom Zombies.
Both are so much fun. Just fired up 3 for Der Eisendrache and then 4 for Blood of the dead and Ancient Evil. Having a blast
I still play BO3 on a fair basis personally. BO4 changed up the rules too much for my taste, but I’d say BO3 is still super worth it with just the DLC. When you factor in community works, it just gets better.
BO3 with all the DLCs= the best zombies experience you will ever get.

Online BO3 zombies is only possible on console since there are hackers on PC that can wipe your account for just shits and giggles. The amount of online players is also quite low. Usually I only find enough people on popular maps like DE, Origins and Kino. That being said, the solo experience is still impeccable in my opinion, just don’t expect too much from other players.
Both are good, though I can’t speak for mods as I played them on ps4
Bo4 zombies was pretty ass ngl, bo3 is great plus custom maps is pretty good
Bo4 is good if u enjoy solo or have friends to play with but bo3 100% in the same sense but has a smoother feel, more balance, and custom maps with active map creators and community

Absolutely. I just recently finished the super easter egg and it was one of the most fun time I’ve had gaming in literal years
They are worth playing even if BO4 did had its moments.
