Yesterday I installed the 14900ks on a 360 aio arctic 3, didnt get a stable system at all. Tried reapplying and now its hitting constant 88idle no matter if I tie it down tight or loser. I think the back piece of metal is slightly bend.
How to fix this? Delid and custom cool?

Are you able to mount without the contact frame or is it acting as a mounting bracket for this particular AIO?
That’s a lot of thermal paste and may be acting as an insulator if very thick but more likely an issue with pump or trapped air. Is the pump audible? Is one of the lines warm to touch compared to the other?
check in bios if your aio pump is working?
mount looks okay, also use less thermal paste.
