M14->MP40 or AK74U is the my favorite if you can’t get to the random weapons box before dogs arrive. M14 is gold in earlier rounds (lots of points, headshots galore), and the MP40/AK have plenty of ammo, along with very solid damage output, though I personally prefer the MP40 for prolonged fights. The M16 can be a good wall pick as well if you’re cash rich, since the pack a punch allows you to go *Scarface,* final scene, fucking bazookas under each arm, “say hello to my little friend!”. PM63 is no good, as it burns through ammo too quickly.
