I remember when I was a kid and would hop on WaW all the time. I remember how I discovered the Sniper Cabinet for the first time and how expensive it was. (5000 points)
I swear it would be the PTRS every time I opened it, but now that I’m older I’ve come to find out that it’s always apparantly been the scoped Kar98k.
Am I crazy? Is this a Mandela effect? Who else remembers this? I was only able to find one thing about it in a post on a thread from 14 years ago.

I remember kar, but that more than a decade ago haha so who knows time could have lost the accuracy if the memory

It’s always been the kar98k as far as my memory goes, except for the mobile version which had a flame thrower
Damn i used to be on Gamefaqs all the time for Pokemon Diamond, Mario Kart Wii, and for WaW on the Wii. this was before i had gotten a ps3 for xmas in junior high which was the same year MW2 came out.
