Yep, the military became more woke and so did call of duty.

They should make a toggle if we want to see cosmetic skins or skins that feel more grounded to the game’s theme. Immersion is important, imagine if RDR2 had an M4A1 or AC Black Flag had Cruises.

Did you change it to 2024 or find it like that? Lol this thing has been posted every year for the past decade

Yeah, and it was a PC only World War 2 game when it first came out. Shit changes, especially on a 20 year old franchise.

Yeah it feels like it. They sorta still go with military themes by adding to costume wearing operators some military gear like vest, ammo and that stuff, but it sorta doesn’t feel like true military.
Sure, military irl can be bored and do wacky shit in their free time like customize their guns to pink color, but thing is, is that COD identity and personality always revolved around military being in serious action, so characters in COD back then would look tactical and realistically viable if used irl due to them not being way too flashy (thus making camo not useless) and still cool.

I’ll be honest, I’ll take the furry skins over the Nicki Minaj and Snoop Dog sponsors.
