I was excited for that game too… The demo was broken and killed my desire to play ultimately.

Man this year for the gaming industry is so bad with all these lay offs. Hopefully they can bounce back 🙏🏾

Oh no. The studio who made a game no one brought closed. A shocking trend

Game has an interesting setting and fun puzzles/lore but the plot was all over the place and the characters just never acknowledge what’s going on around them. Combat was janky as all hell really just became frustrating with how spongey enemies are with their stun lock attacks.
It certainly had potential but wasn’t worth full price and could have used some more time in the oven and probably an editor to fix the story beats/pacing.

Gotta love it.

I enjoyed this game (mostly) but it was very short and being able to play two characters but not really utilizing the idea by placing them in different scenarios was a bit of a miss. RE2R is still the gold standard in having two separate playthroughs actually mean something.

Bruh. That title is hard to read. (Producer) shuts down (Game) developer (Developer)
If it was written without the caps it would read better.
Embracer shuts down Alone in the Dark developer Pieces Interactive.
I had a stroke trying to read it first time.
