Never played any call of duty before but I want to try cause It seems fun, got modern warfare on sale today. Said everything was downloaded and now when I come on to play, everything I click says it isn't installed except for multi-player pack. And when I click on that it ask if I want to Uninstall it. What am I doing wrong? I just want to learn how to play.

I had the same problem the other day for the same reason, I just downloaded everything except the Caldera stuff because you have to also “buy” the free remastered packs as well, only then will you be able to play the game
My problem was that during the fourth campaign level my game crashed like six times so now I’m just looking for a refund because it’s bullshit to not even be able play the campaign in a five year old game
Oh dear… so, you encountered a common issue on console. There are multiple solutions that MIGHT work, like uninstalling and reinstalling some packs going thru the add-on management and other that now I cannot remember. But there are plenty of videos on youtube with every fix you could imagine
