I care about winning way too much, and its causing me to have little enjoyment of the game at times. These kinda matches make me wanna pull my hair out, so do you guys have some tips on trying to not care as much about winning?

Just focus on KD and getting killstreaks
If I suspect a game is just going to be a loss, I make it my goal to annoy the enemy team as much as possible. Now, in TDM, that would just mean try harder, put on your best class, etc, but in an objective mode that means stop playing objective and just go after them as hard as possible.
So, 1) try different game modes, 2) make “winning” separate from winning that match, if that makes sense
