The plus side is both the cutting board and desk are both acacia, and they use the same set of legs but the desk is 27.5″ and the stand is 4″

I generally like displaying the PC on the desk (to show off how good it looks) but if ur set on this way its great

I set mine directly on the carpet the same as I have for 30 years. Causes exactly 0 issues. I currently have 4 sitting on the carpet in my house. Blow them out once every 90 days and you’re solid. The cutting board looks nice though. Handy for late night charcuterie snaks
