Hi! So, Im having this issue in the video. I have done a clean install without mods and the problem is still prevalent in the vanilla version, so I assume something is wrong with the game itself. Also for some reason the portable radio has stopped working for a while now. Anyone knows how to fix this issue? I mostly want the confetti effect gone.

I just hear the halo ” yaaaaaay! “
Before you did the reinstall without mods, did you manually go in and delete all the remaining folders left after uninstalling? The folders that the mods go into usually stick around after uninstalling, so unless you manually delete them the problem will still be present.

Can you tell us specifically how you reinstalled the game?
It’s very common to leave old mod files behind by accident, if you don’t know how to clean them up.
So I think I found out what was causing this. Im using a 5++ Overture revolver(gun on the vid) as my main weapon. I have installed a game mod that allows you to remove/replace weapon mods, so I have removed the weapon mods from that revolver and added the “firecracker” mod to it. For some reason, the vanilla game loaded that save(after 1 crash) with my custom modded gun, and this “confetti” problem carried over to my clean game. I was experimenting with other weapons and I couldn’t see that happening, so I removed Firecracker from my revolver and that issue disappeared. Perhaps it can be replicated for research purposes.
On the other hand, I still havent figured out how to fix portable radio
clean install without mods but you can see the sleeves on your arm?
