Trying to replay the MW campaign

I’ve been trying to play the MW campaign again but it says that I’m missing data pack. When I click on it anyway it gives me the a notice of the store being unavailable. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game and everything with all of it’s seperated contents/packs but the game is still literally unplayable.

I bought the game digitally in 2019 on the ps store.
