Experienced this yesterday. My teammated Ulted, then he got killed in tree from ascent. "Where is everyone hid-" *killed. Then no pings on the map from Cypher Ult.
Um no. The progress bar never completes so how is the ulti suppose to deploy as it literally downloads the positions, gives it to Cypher and Cypher passes it on to the team. If it's still downloading and Cypher dies, it should NOT give the position.

haha nice try, you need to FULL upload the "cypher ability" (the rectangle filling up on ur screen) and then it will upload two times if u die
