First take a picture so everyone can see the entire set up, some people may have suggestions for wall art or lighting etc. maybe second monitor it changed my setup for the better

You should definitely include a PC Part Picker link for us to review your parts list, and consider taking better photos of your setup. Make sure the room is well-lit, and show us the inside of your computer as well. If you can edit your post to add more photos, that would be a great improvement for future posts.
