A CoD revolution would be sick but they’d probably do some dumb shit like put Niki Minaj in it.

Civil War, not only because the battles and setting itself is more interesting, but there’s a much more diverse array of weapons. Breechloaders and lever actions, revolvers, shotguns, all of those weren’t really used during the Revolution. Either one is a bad setting for Call of Duty’s frenetic gameplay, but I’d rather take the Civil War.
It’d work well for a Medal of Honor style game, though – pun intended, being that the award was first handed out back then. If a AAA budget Civil War game was to be made, I’d want to have actual cavalry, artillery, and naval missions, that would be a lot of fun, compared to the line infantry tactics focused upon by indie studios

Civil war, although revolution seems interesting. Would want that as well

Neither, its too late for a pre WW2 cod game, maybe if it was before 2013 sure but the devs can only bullshit their way through history so much with f2000s and laser guns in vanguard and rappers in war
Caveman1214
Which civil war? Assuming American revolution for the revolution one? Either way, neither. Silly suggestion
XBL_Tough
None of these choices 🤷♂️
CaptainAmerica679
just play war of rights or something that already exists
StillGalaxy99
Neither. Those time periods just wouldn’t make sense for the mechanics and pacing of CoD.

that logo in civil war is really good

Civil war. I want to ride a horse into battle and cut off some heads with a cavalry saber. And control a cannon. Definitely civil war.
