Maybe your game is bugged? Iirc I was able to attack her after the conversation ended.
Just be prepared as she is not only quite difficult to kill, but you’ll also be fending off the rest of MaxTac. Gotta be quick with looting the Mantis Blades and then delta tf outta there.

You have to attack or aggro her when ur outside. U cannot attack her if ur in the shop. U could invoke chaos by killing a cop too but might be harder for you to focus her when all hell breaks through. Simpler if you go out the door, pull out you highest dmg weapon and shoot her while u remain outside. Once aggroed, u can engage in combat inside jinjugi.

Because of Kidz that kept killing story characters the industry was forced to make God mode NPCs until they said their lines. Is she that repulsive to you? There are many others you can’t kill.

Talk to her after the incident, and then when it tries to make you leave the shop attack. I’ve done it like 30x, and that’s always how I do it. If you’ve got a Sandy it’s not even very hard.

Finish the convo. Go behind her and do a non lethal takedown. You wont get the mantis blades if you kill her. After that i suggest that you grab a pair of your fastest running shoes.
