But let’s decide to take this seriously and in consideration, to put it frankly, it’s probably expected. FaZe’s downhill spiral over throughout the year after Chengdu was inevitably going to bring excessive criticism and questions to this team and if shit needs to change or not. And much of that will be directed towards karrigan. It’s been mentioned recently by ropz but FaZe’s lack of structure is basically crippling the team, when shit goes wrong, they’re completely lost. Doesn’t help that FaZe’s map pool has been reduced to atoms.
when Shanghai concludes, it would not be farfetched to see both rain and karrigan to step down in favor of bringing fresh blood in an attempt to revitalize the team. Although on the contrary, I think karrigan stays but as a coach or analyst for the team.

Id rather see them having more support personal, and, if bad comes to worse, removing neo
Edit: also, faze management pretty much lets them do what they want. Idk when the last management driven change was. It was always players leaving or benching themselves
