After a long period of pain and suffering, I was finally able to fully tune the CPU, GPU, and RAM of my pc to the fullest, such as undervolting the 7800x3d to -40 CO on all cores, OCing the ram to 6400mhz CL30-38-38-30 1T, and undervolting and OCing the 4070 super to 2820mhz@1v.
