In fact, the ticket sales policy causes this.

Tickets were sold in 3-day packages instead of being sold separately. This way, anyone who just wanted to watch Furia was forced to buy the package every day even if they couldn’t or wanted to go on the other days.

Likewise, those who only wanted to go to the final did not have the opportunity to buy tickets because they were sold out.

    is he wrong?

i looked at the Rio final and there was so many empty seats.

it was so quiet i thought it was a library.

it didn’t even feel like a final and it was disappointing to see. you’re telling me a small ESL Pro league venue in Malta was louder than them?

they should get ZERO tournaments and they should go to Argentina or somewhere else just to piss them off.

    fuck ehm

As a Brazilian, I would say he’s kind of right, and it’s already a concern for us—something often discussed on Gaules’ stream. Not that Europeans would change the ‘rules’ for Brazilian fans, of course you would not FUCKING care about us. It’s not that we only care about cheering for Furia, but at the same time, it would be fair to offer cheaper tickets when a Brazilian team isn’t playing. If I were IEM, I would seriously consider this, as other teams also deserve to play in a full arena.

Brazil doesnt even deserve tier 3 tournaments, their entire fanbase is insanely cringe

  5. yeah we don’t take sports kindly around here

and the people who play the game enough to actually enjoy the event won’t bother going too…
