With real equipment 15-28 KG you are not too fast.
Gun with upgrades+mags with ammo+Armor, heavy clothes with helmet. Backpacks and cases. Plus secondary gun with 2 clips/mags.I won’t even mention small pouches for different items, the weight of clothing and the environmental conditions in which you will be moving.
