Does anyone know how to make the pracice bots actally chalenging/difficult to fight?

Does anyone know how to make them actually good? Like they just stare around when they see you, then all of a sudden they one tap you. When they see an enemy, they just look at them for 5 sec, and obly after that they start shooting.

They can’t train the mechanic of cursor placement to your head and folowing it, bc when they see you and they just stop.

I wanted to know if there’s actually any better way to practice with real actually difficult bots before joining a ranked game, or I just need to stay with theses.
