When the Forest Guardian gets messed up by the goo in Ori and the Will of the Wisps, pretty creepy. What I could see through the tears anyway.
I find the whole parasite thing more creepy than just a scary looking thing that was always that way.

The villains from Little Nightmares 1 and 2. The teacher with the stretchable neck takes the cake. The scream I screamed when she went after me while climbing the circular bookshelves!

I remember seeing this thing in the trailers back in the day and it legit got me. Had to get it day one. SH4 has it’s issues but I love it to this day.

Necromorphs from Dead Space stll freak me out they look so unnatural.Leapers and their crazy ass movements, the baby’s that coo and explode, the gross fat pregnant ones, the guys that are grown into the wall, the ones that vomit on you and the children that run and scream at you.Each are so effective that even by the third game I was still having sweaty palms when any of them showed up.

Urchins from Code Vein. Basically as the name describes. Except it’s the size of a yoga ball, moves at Sonic speed, and when the camera is pinned against the thing you can see it’s covered in faces.
By far, my least favorite enemy in the game. They’re not even that difficult they’re just THAT fucking creepy and I hate them.

The first time you see a regenerator in resident evil 4 or the same concept in Dead Space. Those enemies you can’t kill by traditional ways and that pursue you no matter what really crack my nerves!
