I have an asus tuf z790 plus wifi (ddr5) motherboard, and an i9 13900kf
Recently i have been reading about the intel issues over the past few months so i updated my bios etc, i followed this video https://youtu.be/xN1i0Y2Qy5I?t=506 to set some bios settings, lowered core voltage to 1.300 (manual) and cpu load line calibration to level 5.
After this my cinebench test will only push my p cores to 5.1ghz and e cores to 3.9ghz, is this due to the voltage change ? in the video i linked he is still getting 5.5ghz, i would appreciate it if anyone can inform me about this as i dont really know anything about it.
I did all this because i was throttling at 100 degrees when using cinebench in the past, thanks if you can help.
